The state Department of Health shall award grant funds to eligible school-based health centers projects to expand student access to mental and physical health care services and to improve the health and education outcomes of students through the use of telehealth. Requirements for eligibility and definitions are outlined. The sum of $950K may be set aside from the general fund for these purposes.
