HB 2083 adds the number of dependency and termination petitions to the service areas that the caseload forecast council is required to forecast.  The bill also adds legal services for counsel for the department of children, youth, and families and legal services for counsel for parents to prepare for and participate in all stages of foster care-related legal proceedings to the RCW identifying what areas must be forecasted and budgeted as maintenance level costs.
