This bill reenacts and amends RCW 43.216.015 to expand membership in the oversight board of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families to include two youth under the age of 25, with requirements that specify:

  • One current or former foster youth representative under 25;
  • One youth under 25 with current or former involvement in the juvenile rehabilitation administration system.
