This bill will amend the Public Health Service Act to increase the preference given in awarding grants to States with requirements for public schools to have allergy management programs.

It will expand the Act to include "school comprehensive allergies and asthma management program," rather than only stating "epinephrine."

It adds provisions for schools to have personnel on the premises at all times to identify students with identified needs under these programs, provide education to staff, work towards reducing the presence of environmental triggers, and support students with allergies or asthma diagnosis.
