Partners for Our Children has an incredible opportunity for a Research Coordinator. This position is responsible for the contribution and development of materials, research, and written content. The goal is to develop more effective services to meet the needs of those involved in child welfare, with current efforts aimed youth with behavioral and emotional challenges and their caregivers, homeless youth, and the child welfare workforce. This position provides an opportunity to participate in all aspects of research design and implementation, and to deepen knowledge of child welfare system reform strategies underway at POC.
Specifically, the Research Coordinator will assist with implementation of federally funded research projects with non-profit and public agency partners, and will also contribute to a multi-year evaluation project with The Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence at the UW School of Social Work that entails interacting students and faculty at social work programs at Eastern Washington University, and with DSHS Children's Administration employees and caregivers for children in out of home care.
